a warmer way to gather
Invitations — no app required. Beautiful pages your friends tap once and RSVP — no account, no download, no ads ever.
$5 an event. No subscription. Ever.

Seven shapes
Pick the shape of your plan.
Every gathering is a little different. Hearth gives each one its own kind of fire — from a half-formed idea to a standing tradition.
Kindling
Save the date now, sort out the details later. Guests get a heads-up before anything’s final.
Flame
Most popularThe classic RSVP. One event, one time — guests reply yes, no, or maybe.
Embers
A come-and-go window. Drop in any time between the hours you set — no RSVP needed.
Spark
Only happens if enough people pledge. Fall short and it’s called off — nobody’s on the hook.
Torch
A standing event that repeats — weekly game night, monthly brunch. Guests RSVP each time.
Beacon
A multi-day container — each day with its own events. Think reunion, retreat, or wedding weekend.
Bonfire
Sell tickets to a bigger night. Set the price, cap the capacity, and scan guests in at the door.
Why Hearth
Everyone else wants to run your guest list.
We just want your party to happen.
No app, no account for guests.
Your friends tap a link, type their name, RSVP. That’s the whole experience. No App Store, no signup wall, no ‘please verify your email.’
No ads. No trackers. Ever.
We don’t sell ad space and we don’t need to. There’s no Pixel, no Google Tag, no third-party fingerprint. The invite is just the invite.
Pay for what you run. No subscription.
$5 for an event. A standing event pays only for months it actually meets; a multi-day weekend pays by the day. No ‘Pro’ tier, no upcharge for inviting more than 25 people. The price you see is the price.
Ephemeral by default.
When the event ends, the chat, photos, and guest list fade away on a schedule you control. No archive forever, no SEO bait, no future you wincing at last year’s drama.
For whatever you’re calling people together for
Joyful, serious, in between.
Hearth was built for birthday parties and pool days. It also works for the harder kind of gathering — interventions, remembrances, family meetings nobody wants to schedule but has to. Whatever you’re calling people together for, we’re here for it.
Honest pricing
Pay once, per event. That’s it.
No subscription. No ‘free with ads.’ No tier-locked features.
The price you see is the whole thing.

Things hosts ask
Frequently asked.
Do my guests need to sign up?
No. Your friends tap the invite link, type a name, and they’re in. No password, no email verification, no app to install.
Is there an app to download?
Nope. Hearth works in any browser — phone, tablet, desktop. If you want it on your home screen, both iOS and Android let you add it as a web app (we call it ‘pin to home’), but you’re never required to.
What happens after the event?
Everything fades. The chat, the photos, the guest list — all of it goes away on a schedule you set when you create the event (default: a few weeks after). No archive forever, no Google Image stragglers, no future-you cringing.
Can I edit it later?
Yes. Change the date, time, location, description, theme, cover photo, who’s allowed to RSVP — all of it. Big changes (date, time, location) notify your guests automatically.
What if I have to cancel?
One tap from the Host tab. Guests get an email letting them know. The event page sticks around (marked cancelled) so people don’t show up, then fades on the same schedule.
Why is it so cheap?
Because we’re not building a tracking ad-business on top of your friends. Hearth charges for the event; that covers the bills. No ads, no data resale, no ‘Pro’ gate.
Do you do tickets?
Coming. For paid events we’ll have a friction-free honor-system option (you collect via Venmo / Cash App / Zelle, we charge nothing extra) and a full Stripe-powered checkout for serious events. Both built around the same ‘no surveillance’ promise.
Why “Hearth”?
Because gatherings happen around a fire — the literal hearth in old houses, the metaphorical one in any living room. We’re trying to be the warm place people get together around, not the cold sterile form they fill out.
